A three-day intensive workshop introducing product and project professionals to modern AI-assisted software delivery workflows. Participants learn how AI coding agents such as Claude Code can support product development when combined with structured approaches like the BMAD Method and GitHub Spec Kit.
The workshop covers AI-assisted software delivery, Specification-Driven Development, structured collaboration with coding agents, modern AI tooling and workflows, agile AI delivery processes, and governance and quality awareness.
No programming background is required. Designed specifically for non-developer and semi-technical audiences working closely with engineering teams.
